E.S.C. - ESCAPE @ SCIENCE CENTRE

Escape @ Science Centre is located at the Annexe Building, Science Centre Singapore (15 Science Centre Road, Singapore 609081).

• Entrance: Enter via the main Science Centre entrance.
• Tuesday – Sunday: 10am – 6.45pm
• Closed on Mondays (except Public Holidays and gazetted school holidays)
• Last Entry: 4.45pm for Tourists | 5.45pm for Singaporeans & PRs
• Lockers: Complimentary lockers are provided for all guests to store personal belongings safely.
• Accessibility: Due to the physical nature of gameplay, our escape rooms are not wheelchair accessible.
• Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed inside the premises.

• Museum of Humankind & Shangri-La: Recommended for ages 13+. Children under 12 must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by a paying adult (18+). Children aged 3 and under are not permitted.
• Dr. X: Strictly for participants aged 18 and above.
• Indemnity Form: All players must complete a digital indemnity form upon arrival. Accompanying adults must fill this out on behalf of minors under 12.
• Minimum Players: Two (2) players for Shangri-La and Museum of Humankind; three (3) players for Dr. X. You cannot purchase fewer tickets than the room minimum.
• Private Play: Rooms accommodate up to eight (8) players. If your group has fewer than eight (8) pax and you wish to play exclusively without outside players joining, pls book out all eight (8) slots for that session.
• Footwear: Covered flat shoes are mandatory. Skirts and high heels are not recommended due to physical obstacles.
• Temperature: Rooms can get cold; we suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater.
• Arrival: Pls arrive 15 minutes before your session. Arriving 20+ minutes late may result in slot forfeiture without a refund.
• Scare Factor: The experiences focus on thrill and puzzle-solving rather than horror. However, Dr. X contains mild horror themes.
• Mobile Phones: Phones are prohibited inside all rooms except Museum of Humankind.
• Game Support: If you get stuck, in-room communication devices allow you to request hints from our team.

• All individual and multi-group tickets must be booked online through our official ticketing portal.
• All purchased tickets are non-refundable. If you encounter scheduling issues, submit a request via our Contact Us page.

To reserve a birthday package, email sales_experiences@science.edu.sg with your preferred date, time, and package choice.

• The Sweet Escape Package: Includes access to one (1) escape room.
• The ESC Celebration Package: Includes access to two (2) escape rooms.

Your booking includes two (2) hours of access to a dedicated private event space equipped with guest seating and standard decorations after your escape session. 

• Participants cannot re-enter the escape rooms during these two (2) hours.
• Dedicated party facilitation is not included, though staff will log your squad times on our leaderboard!
• Food & Drinks: You are welcome to bring outside food, drinks, and birthday cakes. Utensils, catering, refrigeration, and microwave facilities are not provided.
• Alcohol: Strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Decorations: Custom decorations are permitted if they do not damage the venue. Please notify us in advance.
