General Terms and Conditions

• Annual Pass application is open to all Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and Non-Singaporean with valid permit holders.
• Annual Pass application is strictly via online with payment via credit cards only. Validity for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• Annual Pass is strictly non-transferable and cannot be refunded, upgraded, or downgraded.
• Annual Pass is strictly valid for use by the rightful registered member.
• All retail privileges and discounts are offered strictly by presenting the membership digital card. Promotion is strictly not applicable with other discounts.
• Annual Pass benefits are not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
• Unlimited entry to KidsSTOP^TM will not be applicable for KidsSTOP^TM Annual Pass holders during SPECIAL EVENT DAY at KidsSTOP^TM on selected blackout days where a separate event tickets nis required for admission to KidsSTOP^TM (tentative date: 30 Sep 2025 – 12 Oct 2025 | 14 Nov 2025 – 30 Nov 2025) and is subjected to change and further notice.
• All privileges, discounts, terms, and conditions may be amended or withdrawn at the discretion of the Management and its participating partners.
• Science Centre Singapore reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, delete, modify or vary any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and/or the features, benefits and privileges of the Rewards Programme without prior notice.
• By Member’s continued with the application of the Annual Pass, the Member is deemed to be agreeable to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any amendments or supplements as posted on the webpage of the Rewards Programme from time to time.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Galaxy Programme, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
• Science Centre Singapore may refuse to allow any individual to participate in the Annual Pass and Rewards Programme at its discretion.
• Science Centre Singapore reserves the rights, without any liability, to introduce, amend, restrict, suspend and/or terminate any benefit, service or privilege in connection with membership in the Rewards Programme, even if the Member is not in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Membership

• Eligible persons may sign up as an Annual Pass holder via the webpage of the Annual Pass Programme or by such other means as determined by Science Centre Singapore from time to time at Science Centre Singapore’ sole discretion.
• As a condition of participation in the Annual Pass Programme, Annual Pass holders are required to provide current, accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. In the event that Science Centre Singapore determines or have reason to believe that the information provided by an applicant, or an existing Annual Pass holder is not current, is inaccurate, or is incomplete in any way or that the applicant or Annual Pass holder provided false or misleading registration information, SCS reserves the right to either reject the application, or suspend or terminate the Annual Pass immediately without prior notice to the applicant.
• Applicants below 15 years old at the point of applying for the Annual Pass will not be qualified to enrolled as a member of Galaxy Reward Programme, or points allocation. Each individual is allowed to have only one registered Science Centre Singapore Rewards Programme account.

What is the Annual Pass about?
The Annual Pass grants adult or child passholders unlimited admission to selected attraction(s) for 12 months from the date of application upon successful payment.

Who can join the Annual Pass?
The Annual Pass is open to all individuals who are Singaporean citizens, Permanent Residents, or Non-Locals with a valid permit. 

Are there different types of Annual Passes?
Yes, we offer various types of annual passes. Each pass has specific eligibility criteria and benefits. 

1. Science Centre Singapore (Individual Annual Pass) is strictly for one (1) Adult or Child (age 3 to 12 years old) only.
2. Science Centre Singapore (Family Annual Pass) is strictly for two (2) Adults and two (2) Children (age 3 to 12 years old) only.
3. KidsSTOP™ (Individual Annual Pass) is strictly for one (1) Child (age 18month to 8 years old) only. Complimentary admission for one (1) accompanied adult when member book a slot using the promocode
4. KidsSTOP™ (Family Annual Pass) is strictly for two (2) Adults and two (2) Children (age 18month to 8 years old) only.
5. Family Duo Annual Pass) is strictly for a combi of Science Centre Singapore (Family Annual Pass) & KidsSTOP™ (Family Annual Pass) that comes with two (2) Adults and two (2) Children for the respective attractions.

Do note that scanning and verification of annual pass digital cards (member's portal e-wallet) and/or with valid tickets will be conducted by Science Centre staff at the entrance.

What are the perks and benefits of the Annual Passes?

How do I apply for an Annual Pass?
To apply for an Annual Pass, you can register for the Science Centre Singapore & KidsSTOP™ Annual Pass online.

Annual Pass applied online is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase.

Can I renew Annual Pass for myself and for my family member(s)?
Yes! You can renew the Annual Pass(es) for yourself and your family members within the last 3 months before the expiry date of your existing Annual Pass.

To renew the Annual Pass for your loved ones, you can purchase and assign the new annual pass in the membership portal. The renewed Annual Pass will be valid for 12 months, starting from the expiry date of the passholder’s current Annual Pass. 

Can I apply / assign an Annual Pass(es) to my domestic helper and/or grandparent when I purchase the Annual Pass scheme?
Yes, you can apply/assign an Annual Pass(es) to your domestic helper and/or grandparent when you purchase the Individual/Family Annual Pass scheme. The Family Annual Pass schemes are open for up to 4 family members (2 Adults & 2 Children), including the main cardholder. 

Once assigned, the Annual Pass is not transferable. Therefore, the membership can be assigned to the grandparents and domestic helper as one of the Annual Pass members using their respective unique email address and mobile number.

A valid mobile number is mandatory for login and access the digital pass in the member’s portal e-wallet.

Will I be able to use the annual pass immediately after I purchased from online?
Upon successful purchase of the annual pass online, you will receive a confirmation email within 10-30 minutes. This email signifies the start of the Annual Pass and can be used for verification at our entrance. 

Subsequently, the main cardholder or annual pass purchaser will receive an activation email within 1-5 days to log in to the member’s portal and assign the Annual Pass to the respective individual member(s) digital pass with a profile.

How do I create account and assign the annual pass to my family members?
To create an account and assign the annual pass to your family members, you can log in to the member’s portal. In order to successfully create and assign the Annual Pass, members will need the following for access to the digital pass in the member’s portal e-wallet. Once the Annual Pass is assigned to an owner, it is non-transferable thereafter.

1. Adult Annual Pass
Name, Email address, Date of Birth, Mobile number. (Each mobile number can be used for one (1) email account only, and the mobile number is mandatory for login to the member’s portal for e-card and rewards.)
2. Child Annual Pass
Name, Birth Certificate / FIN number, Date of Birth. (Annual Pass assigned to a child will not require an email and mobile number as the e-card will be tagged under the parent’s account when they log in to the member’s portal e-wallet.)

Do I need to book a slot for my visit to Science Centre if I have an active Science Centre Annual Pass?
If you have an active Science Centre Annual Pass, you do not need to pre-book tickets online for admission to the Science Centre. Simply proceed to the entrance and scan your membership QR code located in the member’s portal Annual Pass e-card for complimentary admission.

You can log in to the member’s portal to access the digital annual pass and rewards.

Do I need to book a slot for my visit to KidsSTOP™ if I have an active KidsSTOP™ Annual Pass? 
If you have an active KidsSTOP™ Annual Pass, you will need to pre-book a timed-entry slot online for admission to KidsSTOP™. You can refer to confirmation email for the member’s booking guide and promocode. After booking, please proceed to the KidsSTOP™ entrance to scan and to verify your Annual Pass QR code located in the member’s portal to view the e-card.

You can log in to the member’s portal to access the digital annual pass and rewards.

How do I redeem my mystery gift? 
Mystery Gift is available for selected type of Annual Pass schemes only. To redeem your mystery gift, you must physically visit the Visitor Service Center or the Curiosity Shop. Members must log in to the member’s portal to access the e-wallet for mystery gift redemption.

How do I redeem the complimentary promocode for Omni-Theatre Movie? 
Complimentary Omni-Theatre promocode is available for selected type of Annual Pass schemes only. To redeem the complimentary promocode for the Omni-Theatre, the promocode will be credited into the member’s portal where the main account holder purchased the Annual Pass(es). 

Members must log in to the member’s portal to access the e-wallet for Omni-Theatre promocode redemption. The promocode in the e-wallet will be valid for 1 year from the start of the membership and can only be used once. 

Refer to the following steps for redemption:

1. Copy the promocode and click on "Redeem Now" to redirect to the Omni-Theatre ticketing page.
2. Insert the promocode and click on "Apply" before selecting the date and time slot.
3. Proceed to "Check Out". The ticket should reflect "$0".
4. The promocode will expire upon successful check out.
5. The ticket and confirmation email will be sent to your email upon successful check out.

How can I redeem the complimentary parking coupon? 
Complimentary parking coupon is available for selected type of Annual Pass schemes only. To redeem the complimentary parking coupon, the Family Annual Pass scheme entitles you to four (4) complimentary parking coupons, each valid for up to 24 hours of parking. The complimentary parking award will be credited to the member’s portal where the main account holder purchased the Annual Pass(es).

To redeem your complimentary parking coupon, you must visit the Visitor Service Center and approach our friendly staff onsite.

Members must log in to the member’s portal to access the e-wallet for the complimentary carpark pass for redemption.

How can I use my Annual Pass for F&B discount?
To use your Annual Pass for F&B discount, simply present your e-membership card for verification at the F&B counter to enjoy the discount.

How do I book my timeslot for Snow City & Snowscape’s activities?
Annual Pass member can book a timeslot and make payment on-site by presenting the digital annual pass in the member's portal e-wallet. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

Can I ask for refund or share with my family and friends on my Annual Pass after purchased? 
Once purchased, the Annual Pass is non-transferable and cannot be refunded, upgraded, or downgraded.

Can I use my Corporate/Family/Associate/KidsSTOP membership to visit the special exhibitions?
Yes, you can use your Corporate, Family, Associate, or KidsSTOP membership for the admission to Science Centre for the special exhibitions. It's advisable to refer to the booking details for any relevant information.
