We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join us as Project Manager, Exhibitions.  

 

Essential Job Functions

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and management of multiple projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

You will work with a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

Your role will also involve resource allocation, risk management, project documentation, and the development of project plans and timelines.

Additionally, you will oversee the monitoring and reporting of project progress, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will play a crucial part in leading and managing projects that contribute to the development and progress of the New Science Centre.

We are looking for a passionate individual who is committed to delivering impactful and successful projects that meet the needs of our stakeholders and the community.

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Tertiary Education or equivalent with strong background in project management and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

You should possess excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

A proactive and solution-oriented approach, coupled with strong organisational and problem-solving skills, is essential for this role.

Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or exhibition industry, or the public sector is advantageous.

Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices is highly desirable.

Above all, the candidate must be driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that contribute to the advancement of the New Science Centre.
