Rediscover the Wonders of Science at the Science Centre Singapore

To our Valued Member,

As you prepare to visit Science Centre Singapore and its group of attractions again, please note that all members and guests are required to pre-book their visit date before coming to Science Centre Singapore's group of attractions to ensure better crowd regulation.

On the day of the visit, please present your digital pass in your member portal at our entrance to enter. Kindly refer to "Member's Timeslot Reservation Guide." below or to refer to Science Centre / KidsSTOPTM to download a copy of the guide.

  • Member's Timeslot Reservation Guide

    **Only for existing Science Centre Singapore and KidsSTOPTM Members Only**

    Members must reserve the timeslot as well as enjoy the member's benefit through member's portal now! You may refer to Science Centre / KidsSTOPTM to download a copy of the Timeslot Reservation Guide.

    For members with our group of attractions ticket(s) or redemption card, please bring along your physical tickets issued during your membership registration and present it to our counter staff to redeem for your entitlements.

    **If you experience any difficulty during membership registration or when log in to member's portal, please email to members@science.edu.sg with the main cardholder's name and mobile number or approach our staff at the counter on the day of your visit for further assistance.**

    Instructions:

    • Log in via our member’s portal.
    • Select the attraction (Wallet / Store), tap on “Reserve” button, you will be directed to our member's exclusive ticketing page.
    • Select the Date, Timeslot, and Number of Visitor Tickets to be reserved.
    • Click on "Check Out".
    • Tap on “BACK TO HOME” and you will be redirected to the member’s portal.
    • Locate "Your Annual Pass", tap on “QR code” / and present QR code upon gantry.
    • Confirmation email for the attraction ticket purchase from the discount store will also be sent to your email.

    Important Note:

    • On the day of your visit, please present your booking details and membership pass at our entrance for verification.
    • Science Centre Singapore reserves the right to deny entry of any member who do not present a valid membership card or inaccurate booking details.
