Ground Facilitator

(Temporary Assignment)

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ground Facilitator.

As a Ground Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and engaging experience for our visitors, particularly young children ages 8 and below.

 

Essential Job Functions

You will be responsible for facilitating gallery activities, ensuring safe play at different exhibit zones, assisting in events and workshop preparations, and performing ad-hoc duties as required.

These duties include (and are not restricted to):

  • Facilitate gallery activities and conduct demonstrations to enhance visitor experience and promote learning.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of visitors by facilitating safe play at different exhibit zones.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional visitor service.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of various events and workshops.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall functioning of KidsSTOP™.

 

Requirements

  • Ability to commit for at least 3 to 6 months. 
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of a group and delivering clear instructions.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long hours.
  • Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all visitors, regardless of their background or abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is a plus.
