Guest Experience & Retail Assistant
(Temporary Assignment)
Position Overview
Science Centre Board is looking for a suitable individual to fill the position of Guest Experience & Retail Assistant. These duties include (and are not restricted to):
- Delivering frontline operations excellence
- Provide frontline services including admission, crowd control and retail services
- Provide advice on products and services and assist with exhibit interaction
- Deliver service in accordance with visitor services procedures
- Address Science Centre-related visitor enquiries
- Perform first-level service assistance and recovery
- Apply digital technology to enhance visit experience
- Enforce visitor adherence to safety rules
- Carry out health and safety standards and procedures
- Escalate incidents for follow-up actions

c. Ensuring safety and security at workplace
Requirements
The suitable individual should preferably be able to work up to 3 Months. Performing weekend duties (including public holidays) is mandatory.
