Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions
- Annual Pass applied online or onsite is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- Annual Pass application is open to all Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and Non-
Singaporean with valid permit holders. - Annual Pass is non-transferable and cannot be refunded, upgraded, or downgraded.
Annual Pass is only valid for use by the rightful registered member. - KidsSTOP™ Adult admission is permittable only when is accompanied with a child admission.
- All privileges and discounts are offered only upon presentation of the membership e-card and are not
applicable with other discounts. - Annual Pass benefits are not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special
offers. - Unlimited entry is not applicable for special event at KidsSTOP™ unless otherwise stated.
- Annual Pass holders are required to purchase STEAM Festival admission tickets to access the festival and KidsSTOP™ during the event. Annual Pass holders can enjoy discounts on festival admission.
- All privileges, discounts, terms, and conditions may be amended or withdrawn at the discretion of the
Management and its participating partners. - Science Centre Singapore reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, delete, modify or
vary any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and/or the features, benefits and privileges of the
Rewards Programme without prior notice. - By Member’s continued with the application of the Annual Pass, the Member is deemed to be agreeable to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions including any amendments or supplements as posted on the webpage
of the Rewards Programme from time to time. - In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity
collaterals relating to the Galaxy Programme, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. - Science Centre Singapore may refuse to allow any individual to participate in the Membership and Rewards
Programme at its discretion. - Science Centre Singapore reserves the rights, without any liability, to introduce, amend, restrict, suspend
and/or terminate any benefit, service or privilege in connection with membership in the Rewards Programme,
even if the Member is not in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility and Membership
- Eligible persons may sign up as an Annual Pass holder via the webpage of the Annual Pass Programme or by
such other means as determined by Science Centre Singapore from time to time at Science Centre
Singapore’ sole discretion. - As a condition of participation in the Annual Pass Programme, Annual Pass holders are required to provide
current, accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. In the event that
Science Centre Singapore determines or have reason to believe that the information provided by an
applicant, or an existing Annual Pass holder is not current, is inaccurate, or is incomplete in any way or that
the applicant or Annual Pass holder provided false or misleading registration information, SCS reserves the
right to either reject the application, or suspend or terminate the Annual Pass immediately without prior
notice to the applicant. - Applicants below 15 years old at the point of applying for the Annual Pass will not be qualified to enrolled as a
member of Galaxy Reward Programme, or points allocation. Individual person is allowed to have only one
registered Annual Pass and Science Centre Singapore Rewards Programme account.
