Digital Experience Officer, Digital Synthesis

We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join us as Digital Experience Officer, Digital Synthesis


Essential Job Functions

As Digital Experience Officer - Digital Synthesis, you will be involved in assisting the Digital Synthesis team in the delivery of products and services to support stakeholders to drive the transformation of the digital experience for SCS and NSC, exploitation of new technology innovation and data insights for decision making.

 

Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the market research for new digital ideas and experience to define Product Vision and Roadmap. Conduct Ideation, Prototyping and Service Design with stakeholders to validate the feasibility of the product.
    • Assist the Product Owner and stakeholders to identify the desired product’s performance required to meet business objectives and key results, work with stakeholders to improve product and business outcomes through data insights.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of digitalisation initiatives, including data science projects to drive a culture of data and making data-driven decisions.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and develop/adopt innovative digital solutions to drive automation and operational excellence.
    • Assist the stakeholders to conduct customer research and analysis of launched products to identify new product opportunities, propose re-engineering and modernisations of existing products which are aligned to business requirements.
    • Document key information and decisions about the product and services.
    • Assist in the planning of change management efforts to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organisation.
    • Ensure compliance to policies, standards and security requirements to ensure proper governance, financial and performance management.
    • Run efficient meetings to keep stakeholders and team members updated.

     

    Requirements

    • The ideal candidate should possess a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis and/or relevant ICT experience, implementation of data analytics and service design.
    • Competencies in User/Product Research, Product development methodologies e.g. Agile
    • Experience in stakeholder engagement skills and vendor management skills.
    • Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence.
    • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Passion for learning and ability to apply knowledge at work.

     

    Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered Senior Digital Experience Officer, Digital Synthesis.
